这个问题很多月子中心都有自己的解答，大概只有致美至嘉的资深顾问才会拿出做学问的态度，直接发邮件询问美领馆。我们得到的回复如下：

“Individuals whopossess a valid B1/B2 visa who also intend to travel to the United States formedical reasons are not required to return to the Consular Section to submit anew application”

首先，领馆工作人员阐述了如果持有有效的B1/B2签证而想在美国享受医疗服务是可以的，是不用回到领馆重新签证的。

当然这一条很多客户都知道，要知道领馆给我们写了很长一封信，所以这事情还没有完。

“However, if youintend to seek any medical attention or treatment in the United States,immigration officers at the U.S. port of entry may ask you to providedocumentation verifying that you possess the funds to pay for all medicaltreatment and are able to support lodging and incidental costs throughout yourstay in the United States.”

领馆的工作人员很耐心地提醒我们，医疗用途的旅行者，需要提供有力的证明来证明有能力承担整个医疗期间的费用。

这其中包括：

医院证明类材料

Letter from aphysician or medical facility in the United States, confirming your medicalattention or treatment at their facility and detailing the projected length andcost of treatment.

生活证明类材料

Proof that yourtransportation, medical and living expenses in US will be paid.

住宿证明类材料

Housing documents

以及其他相关材料

Any other relateddocuments that may support your purpose of travel

显然，十年旅游签证持有者是可以直接去美国生孩子，但是这个‘直接’是有条件限制的，其中的这些材料，客户可以同我们致美至嘉的顾问一起参考准备。
